The synthesis of an arsanyl-phosphagallene [H2CN(Dipp)]2AsPGa(NacNac) (NacNac = HC[C(Me)N(Dipp)]2; Dipp = diisopropylphenyl) and its reactivity towards heterocumulenes and ketones is described.
